I'm tuning in for the first time-I'm in school now as a MA student and I'm just starting to learn about phlebotomy....
I love your professionalism! Your ability to teach and to help me become a better Phlebotomist. God Bless and I'll keep watching! Have a good day!
Thank you so so so much. I've been working at a blood bank almost a year now. And I started by watching and learning from you. Next week I start with Quest.
I love your content. You are truly helping me during my first Phlebotomy job. Can you do a video on drawing deep veins, Positioning the arm properly to draw from the Cephalic vein, drawing blood from patients that have their arms super tight or that cannot extend their arms all the way?
Thank you! I’m still training for the field! Your tips are helping me! 😊
It would be nice if you revisited REQUISITION FORMS, like which tests goes into which tubes. Just having you explain it (again) would be great, thanks😀😀😀
Thank you! Helpful video! Could you please do a video on the needles the differences and the gauges.
Thank you so much for helping me to feel more confident with phlebotomy. I'm very nervous about taking the National.
Always helpful. Thank you, all your tips really help.
Great tips as always crystal :) 💙

Thank you 🙏🏽. Great videos as always. What do you recommend for new phlebotomy? I started my course this month and I still feel unprepared. I’m always thinking about patients health first.
Very helpful!
Always on point♥️
TY for ALLLLLL that you do for us ❤️ XOXOXOXOXO
Could you make a video about different anchoring tips depending on the region. Forearm, hand, cubital area ....?
I really do love your videos it is very helpful I do want to learn how to master deep veins especially with certain patients grateful for your help I am new to thee world of Phlebotomy my name is Lorescia
I just started mobile/life ins drawing. I am also right out of training. I have failed on three men that were dehydrated and hard to find/feel veins. My boss is not happy with me and doesn't understand how I can miss a vein. Tips on strong yet dehydrated veins on men? And I do really enjoy your vids.. I have watched countless trying to gather as much wisdom as I can from them, but you're so personal I definitely appreciate that!

I’m sure Heather is doing well by now. For anyone new with the same concern, my instructor recommended starting at a plasma center first. She said mobile phlebotomy is not a good idea for new grads.

Maybe you are going through the vein. Do u pull back a little to see if u get a flash?
Any tricks for a ex heroin attict I literally have to go back to doctor 3 or 4 times before they can get a vein .in hospital they have to use ultrasound
My hospital patients are so bruised. How do I think outside the box when locating a vein? By the way, you're wonderful 😊
What is "anchor?"

Try using two tourniquets..Also, their veins are typically in the side of the arm

Hello crystal, I wished you were here in Florida. I've learned so much from you. But IAM having trouble finding your email so I can talk too you one on one. Thank you so much for doing what you do . 🙏
I love your videos But my problem is that I see the flash on the butterfly but doesn’t flush through the tubes. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it.

It's a Capillary draw on their foot
Hi
I like them throw backs girl!
Should we anchor more often? 😅
You’re a pleasure and I’d love to have coffee with you, however may I request that you get to the instruction of your videos immediately versus thanking viewers... I’m very interested in your teaching but I don’t have 4 minutes to wait for the teaching portion. I hope this doesn’t seem rude. I just want to learn all I can in as little time as possible. Thank you!🙃
