@@isaachenry5692 The pessimism with them is absolutely understandable, they’ve an appalling past with what they’ve done, however, short term, it’s probably what we need to have a shot of re-establishing ourselves as a Premier League club.

Let's be honest, every major club in England is now run by super rich owners that had zero connection to the clubs previously. Their own branding has changed the dynamics for all of those clubs. If we don't join we fall behind and will never achieve success again. It's all about the money now whether we like it or not.

@@TheGeneral_LUFC Me too, I thought last year, in the prem, he got knocked off the ball or went down to easy. Once defenders realize that he has to put the ball on his right foot to shoot, every time, then he will find it too difficult. But he has fast feet though.

Im a bit sad theres some players the fans see the potential in but farke doesnt but we have to trust him to build a squad that works for him. Going to be a lot of churn again this season, ill be sad to see summerville go but better squad balance should lead to promotion.

but he doesnt use balance....he always use the same players even tho he have depth. prepare for another season with the same tactics, Bamford on top. horrible subs and no in game tactics. another play off, another Wembley loss. its so predictable.

How much does the money from RB help with PSR?

I think Wöber and Kristensen should be given another chance, I think they will do all right in the Championship. Amapdu and Gray need to go back into their CM roles. And we really need an ACM for back up to Rutter and obviously a replacement for Bamford.

Not too sure on making Rodon a permanent acquisition. I think if Struijk is fit next year him and Ampadu at CB is the best pairing. Didn’t rate Ampadu at cdm personally and think he’s a much better player at Center half. If it was a choice between Rodon or a proven number 9 I’d be going for the latter every day of the week. Piroe and Bamford haven’t been at the races consistently enough this year at all and that’s the position we need to strengthen over anywhere on the pitch. Rate Rodon highly but don’t think he’s better than Ampadu or Struijk at Center back

I am not keen on Rodon neither, he is the least intelligent player on the field and can't make a through pass. (Got plenty of passion though) I would gamble on a return of Wöber, I think he would be solid in defence, at this level, but I am not sure if we could pay for his wages. Also I would give Kristensen another chance too.

I'd prefer Cresswell at right centre back. Ampadu, in my view, is better at defensive midfield on the right. I think Gray is fine where he is. What we need is a new creative midfielder - Gray is not that player yet.

I believe we need to consider the fact the previous owners and agents are to blame for the loan clauses not the players

Most of those players are not good enough at this level. It’s a tough league. They need to go to Saudi or the US. Never will be good enough for the Pl. maybe Harrison in a decent PL side.

Would be interesting if say a 50mil deal was done for AG & he wouldn’t agree personal terms…

This is not a popular opinion but if Farke choses Aaronson to come back he can at least interchange him and Dan James like he did with Gnonto. I'm not saying Aaronson is the answer but I will defend that he not only scored at Leeds in a bad system but has also scored at Union Berlin. Goals is what we need and i cannot tell you how many times this year i was begging for pirore, bamford or someone to score and it never came to fruition. It beats paying a shit ton for another winger to double up with Dan James and allows us to spend on two more upfronts.

We do need full backs so maybe Rasmus would be good in the Championship?

90 points? Season 2023/23 the top 2 went up with Burnley on 101 and Sheffield United on 91 pts so we would have failed there. The league is about beating your opponents not necessarily record points

@@Unbelievable-Hard I'm not sure I'd necessarily say Farke has 'developed' them three, they've dropped down to a division significantly lower in quality, it's not surprising they've done better. I take your point though, I'd be willing to give Arronson a go in the Champ.
