I was born in the early 2000s and I grew up listening to the cassette tapes and cds my parents had around the house, one of the artists that always stood out to me was Phil Collins his music is like no other with truly inspiring messages and magical melodies, I wish I could go back in time and be able to go to one of his concerts.

I totally agree with you. Especially if you play instruments like piano and drums. He is my favourite drummer, those drum duets he did with Chester Thompson live with Genesis are the best. I love the piano chords he plays, he has that distinctive and unique sound mixing flat/sharp chords with different bass root notes. I really like that Yamaha CP 80 he plays, used on so many of his recordings!

One of my favorite tracks/songs to listen to from Phil. A song that was a hit, and to this day still hits my heart the same way it did the first time in hearing it. One more night. One of the greatest singers of all time. A man who made and has so many legendary music/songs that relate to me, inspire me, motivate me even to this day and was literally my childhood. Truly iconic and legendary you are. A singer and musician with such a huge legacy that will be remembered to generation to generation, inspiring millions, and relating to millions with his songs. Songs that are unmatched for all that he has done in the world along with many other featured legendary artists that he's collaborated with. So many legendary, iconic, relatable soundtracks that literally relates to us from our past alongside present, made our childhood and much more. Music with emotion and feelings, not just words. Music like no other, music so unique, its better felt than explained or expressed with so much endless things to say especially when it came to his live performances as well as tours. 🐐👑💙

All the music of the 20’s to the 30’s to the 40’s to the 50’s to the 60’s to the 70’s to the 80’s to the 90’s to the 2000’s the Early 2010’s to the year 2014 is better than music of 2015-2019 and 2020-2023-2024 cause 2015-2019 and 2020-2023-2024 is garbage and terrible and boring

That's so true. All of Phil's music is just superb, his singing, drumming and piano playing. I think imo "Against all odds" is his best ballad and another favourite of mine is 'Please Don't Ask' by Genesis from the Duke album. Phil wrote this in 1980 for his first solo album but was decided to be recorded by Genesis. It is a very moving song, Phil really put his heart and soul into that song.
