Even though this track doesn't have a singer it still feels like it has vocals. It also has a very transportational quality like solitude, taking me on a visual journey. Its the perfect track for landing

This sounds almost like a chillout mix of Hans Zimmer - Time, I love it. I'm pretty sure the chord progression in the background is the exact same :)

This stuff stands out its intense and powerful but soft at the same time, really cool sound, it's strange to be able to tell a certain creators sound be instrumental music but you can with this. It's got a feel to it that's ver unique. I like it, good deal.

I deeply mourn the fallen light era. Let's face it you set the bar too high. True artist have to evolve so I understand you had to change your style and explore new sounds but dude, when you are possessed by the Ambient God you always create otherworldly work. This is definitely at the level of 2011-2013 Phaeleh.This is by far the best thune you've produced for a long time. Bro you're definitely the Enya of electronic music. Good job as always

I’m so glad you’re liking the tune. I totally get where you’re coming from, but if I made those old tracks now they’d get very little interest as they’re not of the time or part of a new exciting sound. I find people (myself included) struggle to connect with new sounds and songs as they get older, compared to their younger years, so I personally think it’s impossible to make anything now that people would like as much as those older tunes for these reasons. Whilst I know the discography is all over the place at times, I could literally make the best track I’ve ever made tomorrow, but it would have zero impact on the wider music world, and that’s just the nature of life and perfectly normal when it comes to music. If you follow artists who you think made their best music 20 years into their career then embrace them, as those types are very very rare. There’s a reason people generally rave about the first 2 or 3 releases in a band/artists career then lose interest.

@@phaeleh Ah true, probably wise to preserve the original integrity. Things are getting murky with growing ai bootleg capabilities. It will become increasingly difficult to recognise what is genuine and what has been generated via prompts. What would you think of an ai model that was trained on your discog and could generate new tracks? It's been bothering me that many people are not even labelling or crediting images, lectures, voices etc as generated.

@@spiritlevelstudios Honestly, I don't think I have the relevance these days for anyone to do it, so I'm not too concerned. I think it's more of an issue for the big artists on majors and things, but I'm sure they'll find a way to monetise it. I think new technology is always going to appear and change the way things were, so guess we'll have to adapt and work with it rather than trying to fight it. The bootleg thing annoyed me a long time before AI came along, so that side of things won't be too different for me!

Probably not for this EP as a couple of the tracks literally can't play back. I could remove the vocals and then they'd work, but at the moment it's unlikely as I've got some work I'd like to focus on now the EP is out the way. I might do in the future, but no plans at the moment!
