I think it would be fun to go swaying around in a hoop skirt. I live in Florida, USA so it's pretty hot almost all year!

Haha yeah :D !! Hoop skirts definitely definitely help in the hot weather.
A "trick" for hoops showing through the uppermost skirt layer is just to add more layers like the petticoat :)
Petticoats have always looked very pretty ❤❤❤❤
