I was there that day watching at the finish and when Peter passed by me he had a HUGE gap and was flying. Amazing rider.

He learned a HUGE amount between the win at the Amgen Tour of California -- honed his craft and became the Wizard of Cycling!

It was even better in person. I was standing about 10 meters from the finish line with a group of Slovakian fans.

@@johannschiel6734 yup, luckily was able to visit it on the final TT. It was awesome and quite a different atmosphere, taked to roglic on his course preride that morning and than pogacar smashed it

It was the most exciting moment I have ever been a part of ...I'm so glad I was standing at the 50m mark

One of the most epic wins of all time, Peter Sagan was a Boss in his prime.

Never get old of this..

back when bikes were 6.8kg and mechanics liked working on them. Now they are 7.4kg in a size 52cm and mechanics work is so much harder.

I was at that finish, it was incredible. The racecourse was a giant criterium with all sorts of painful features.

3 years ago and now 🥇🥇🥇 in a row 🚴

Every time, I sharply correct my direction on a climb, I smile to myself, because I always remember this slight correction Sagan made after the right turn before the 1km banner.

I think the solo victory after Sagan's attack at the 2015 Richmond World Championship is truly legendary. I think it is the most perfect race victory of Sagan's career to completely succeed in BA through faith in oneself and animal senses. So far, of course, it's hard to come out in the future, and I think it's a great scene that I can't get enough of..

One of the best victory, a pleasure to watch

Knowing Peter Sagan now there's no doubt in my mind he could easily fly through that last 2km

Luke Lyons not true. take away the climbs and you instantly lose riders who frequently top 10 the GC. Froome, Quintana, Bardet, Daniel Martin, they would have no chance. Dumoulin would probably win.
