I was there in Philadelphia. I was moved to tears. I have never seen him in concert even though Gabriel is hands down my favorite of all time. His music has always spoken to my soul. I used to listen to “Don”t Give Up” long before she died from Alzheimer’s. I danced to “In Your Eyes” with my ex husband at our wedding reception. Needless to say, this concert was bittersweet and strangely transcendental as it moved me to tears.. I am grateful for the opportunity to have seen him live.. this one was my “bucket list” concert.. much gratitude for a beautiful gift from an amazing artist ❤
Gabriel has seamlessly moved through our culture. Been a fan since the beginning with Genesis. What he continues to do these days is amazing. Big band; Great Band.

Absolutely! I couldn't agree with you more. He's such an incredible artist, and literally always has been since the early Genesis albums. We're lucky to have him in the world!

I too have been a big fan since the early days Trespass onward until Genesis went pop.I've seen PG 5 times now and this latest concert I wish I hadn't went. Peter is great, my favorite artist but this concert his voice is "off" I came to this particular video to see if it was just a one off at the show I attended Oct 8th...nope. I wish all the best for Peter it's unfortunate that singers voices age along with everything else start to fail at some point...it happens to the best of them and Peter is no exception, this tour (the concert I saw) revealed this and saddened me. I wanted to remember this concert fondly but I just can't shake the feeling it left me with...sadness. Just wondering if anyone else felt this way too. I totally agree with the comment he's such an incredible artist and we're lucky to have him in this world!
Gabriel STILL has the best stage moves at Seventy Three Years of age!
Ho visto questo spettacolare concerto a Milano e per risparmiare ero al lato del palco, spero vivamente che ritorni il prossimo anno, sarò sicuramente nelle prime file sto già mettendo i soldi da parte. Peter stratosferico!!!😊🇮🇪👏
Ahh great stuff, and the great Tony Levin to boot.
Yeah, I enjoyed!!!
He puts on the best concert. I go to see him on the 30th in Chicago can't wait

Yes! Me too. :)
TY for this post!! Lately I've been obsessed w/ early Genesis & Mr. Gabriel. I also heard a podcast about his wife had incurable Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer & how she went through a stem cell process & was cured! Lucky you for great seats!🎉 Brilliant legend, love his voice!

Happy to hear that you enjoyed it!
I'm honored to work at his concert in the next few weeks. Beer and pizza anyone?❤
I have the Secret World live DVD that I am drawn to from time to time. One of our most treasured artist.
We saw this show in DC Wednesday night. Simply outstanding. He was obviously enjoying himself and the sound, the visuals, the quality of the music and the musicians blew us away. Our seats were good but not THIS good so thanks for posting!
A master at his craft.... timeless.
Just saw him in Boston. Amazing show, amazing band. Such a blend of authenticity from the core guys and fresh new sounds from the new people. The trumpet was especially awesome. Peter is in great form.
I love Peter Gabriel ❤❤
Fantastic video! I was there, but not as close as you. Thank you for sharing!
I’m so happy for this post. I went to see him in Boston and he was amazing but my seats weren’t as good as yours, but he sounded unbelievable! He needs to start a church!
I was at Madison Square Garden last night and still buzzing from a great show by a master of what I call Conscious Pop. What a total original and dedicated artist - aging well, not pretending to be young - great! We were WAY up in the nosebleed seats above Stage Right so it’s great to see this perspective - thanks for posting. These are mostly big hits tho - I’m more interested in the moody, darker pieces - but this is great.
I see him on 10/2. Can't wait.
Thanks for posting. I've got a fourth row center seat at the Houston Toyota Center for Saturday, 21 October 2023. Looking forward to seeing Peter again!

Awesome! Being that close to this particular show was really awe-inspiring. There were many, many moments that were so incredible, I didn't even think of filming them, but just enjoyed them in the moment. Hope you have a great time!

Dad dancing.
How did I miss this
Not to be harsh, just stating it. I’ve been going to concerts for many, many years. Now, I pay for my seats, and spend the entire night behind people with their phones in the air obstructing my view. Yeah, it kills the experience.
Thanks! How did his new songs go over?

I think they went over very well. For most of the new songs, he did a short spoken introduction about what each one was about, which I felt really brought the audience on the journey with him. They all sounded incredible, too, which helped get them across.
Peter looks just like a guy I work with. Or he looks just like peter.🤣
Wow, great seats, and by today's standards, overpriced, but worth it.
Frankly I'm surprised that I'm one of the only ones who thinks this tour wasn't that great. To do the entire new album I felt was overkill. And then the only songs he did that were older were mostly all from So. Having seen him 22 times, I found it quite dull.

No Self Control, No Intruder, No Thanks.
Unfortunately his sledgehammer now sounds like a rubber mallet.
22 songs and 11 of them are the “new” songs and not one Genesis song in site at $300 -$500 per ticket - no thanks

I was thinking the same exact thing, before I listened to his latest music. It classic Peter Gabriel done anew for 2023. This guy is a true artist, in every sense of the word.

@@stevehorowitz3853talent is always there but that set list has always been weak sauce play Chamber of 32 doors once and I am on board alas will never happen it is a shame he could deliver one of the best concerts anyone ever saw

@@squeekyshoes The talent is truly superb. Maybe all they needed to do was to add 4 to 5 older classic Peter Gabriel songs and that would’ve been just the perfect mix of the new with the old. I agree, as it’s been said elsewhere, the current tour relies very heavily on the new material, for better, or for worse. That was just the artist’s decision to put the show together that way. But I understand what many people are saying.

. The whole Lamb Lies Down album sits there, with nobody playing it. Genesis, Hackett, even Gabriel leave those great songs collecting dust.

a genius. only remark please drop the dances and shite side steppinng. peter please…you are not take that. please.
To many musicians on stage .....
Sad. Seems like he has sold out with a stage presence that’s schmaltzy and music that lacks any punch.
