Very vintage. Pan-Am...1960's....Brushed silver panels...Ford cars.... Many images come to mind.

The album and this song in particular is amazing. The arrangements on this song is beautiful,one of the best arrangements ever ,a very classy track ,feels very French ,could imagine listening to it driving through the French Riviera

Stunning arrangements that conjure Casablanca. Brilliant track.

So far this is the album’s standout track for me (ask me again tomorrow LOL). One of the most gorgeous PSB arrangements in years, if not ever. The orchestration has a sweeping, 60’s-era cinematic feel to it. This song could almost be a Swing Out Sister track, and that’s a huge compliment! ❤

Kirk, you absolutely nailed your description of this track! I know exactly what you mean by 60s cinematic feel. This could almost be the theme song for a wonderful old romantic melodrama with Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. *sigh* ❤

What a classy, sublime piece of music! Some of the harmonies remind me of "Legacy" from the Yes album, but the vibe of this song is very different. Smart use of - I'm pretty sure - the Roland CR-78. Greetings from Germany to all Pet Shop Boys fans! The new album is absolutely beautiful.

Aside from the 1960s lounge feel, it's great how Neil sounds as great today as he did (yegads!) 40 years ago when the Boys broke with "West End Girls".

The whole album is on high level !!! I love it ! 🎉❤

Being able to read between a person's lines is a great definition of happiness, or of the meaning of life, if you ask me. ❤❤❤ Neil nailed life, again!

Together with "Feel" probably the best songs from this album (I personally call it Behaviour 2 - it took more than 30 years to return to basics and create another masterpiece). And funny thing.. the refrain reminds me of one the most beautiful 90's songs "What The Child Needs" by Terrry Ronald - also later re-worked by Hannah Jones ;-)
