Forgive me if it was covered and I missed it but what are you supposed to do when they say they signed with another company for a year? I had this happen today. She was saying she'll have to use me next year because she signed for that year already. Thank you in advance

I normally assume that she means that she is saying she has a company and so I’ll say, “Ok, so you’ve been using them for like a couple years and you are planning on using them for another year but next year you want to give me a shot? Yeah. Cool, well it’s industry standard to try a company for 1 year but so the good news is your aren’t obligated to stay with them since you’ve had them a couple years. In fact everyone has been switching to me from them. Let me show you why! - Pull

Or if they are like yeah I have a company I just signed up last week. I ask did they already come out for the first service? If no then I pitch. If they say yes then depends on who they have. Small companies don’t always have contracts and Hometeam and Massey don’t.

Mostly though it’s best to just focus on the easier sales and not waste time with those ones. So just say ok! Glad to hear it! Maybe if they didn’t check the attic for rodents just have them do that but if they did you should be good to go! Thanks
