Even the people who aren't owed a refund get their overpayment back, it still cuts their budget by at least 1/3 by people who owe tax and that would hurt. Do away with petty fines and fees. I got a fine that took 3years to pay using a government cash benefits card. I’m so broke I qualify for $400 benefits every month. Yet, court feels they should take part of that for petty fees over victimless made up crimes. Basically fines that get escalated because I’m just too poor to pay. Cant get water from stone. It’s just not there. So apply for gov benefits and let the money transfer automatically in the smallest amount allowed. This system is a joke. Meanwhile, true criminals are let out or if you’re able to pay you don’t have to stay.

They never actually show the public the simple plain assets they start out with. For example We have 6 million pounds of your taxes , we will build 3 blocks of affordable flats, this is the cost of the bricks this is the cost of the labour and trades. This is your change. If gov equally distributed its tax revenue to each American straight cash no strings, and gov didnt deside how to spend any money other than giving the money to the public equally, the money would be spent in a way which would better represent the public.

Govt programs won't help. This is a mental and behavioral health crisis. We closed state hospitals and turned the patients into the streets. South Park's 'Night of the Living Homeless' episode nailed it. The more programs an area has for homeless people, the more homeless people will move to that area.

I literally had an interview with the city officials to provide them with more shelters faster and cheaper than anyone else could provide. After a 20 min meeting and presentation I was told “we have plenty of people providing shelters and don’t need more. Sorry”. This was a month ago. Had a faster, cheaper built and proven product but city denied it. Why? Probably because they don’t know my company and would rather pay more. On average It cost the city $525,000 to house each person last year. That’s $525,000 per bed but they shut us down for a $15,000 option without hesitation.

So huge problem in Washington state with homelessness and drug addiction I live in Aberdeen Washington and see it firsthand every day it’s a crying shame to see what’s become of our cities

So why did it take so long to realize that while the homeless aren't camping on the lawns of the rich, the government wasn't going to hurry up and do something about it? And for those that keep saying "just let them live where they can, they have nowhere to go" Very simple, just deliver them to the helping hands, and let's see how fast they start picking up their phones and calling the gov.

I would get offended but my Dad knew he was loved by his friend.

That, what you wrote, is actually why I like the show. Yes, it is scripted, BUT I do believe they go of script; and the banter, as you said, is great, and feels genuine, no matter who is on the show.

I moved to San Francisco in 2006 and it took only 3 yrs to switch party. It's very bias and radical fees, fines and taxes. The Democrats gave one company to store tow cars, the first day is $550.00 and each day after is $250.00. The ticket has a phone number on the back that allowed you to pick up feces and needles instead but that number is never picked up because no one can afford to get their car out of storage. The Golden Gate area has several police cars driving around regularly to tow cars for anything like registration, etc. and their first day is $950.00 and each day after that is $250.00.

Well? What is their tax money actually going to? They should be fed up!

Joey is the face of what a true American HERO" looks like. Like me his life was completely changed by an injury and he plowed through the pain and is living his best life. All the slackers in California could learn abit from his courage. I salute you Joey!!

Nah, San Francisco asked for this every time they voted for Democrats.

If you own a business, you get to collect taxes for the government, FOR FREE !!! With that PRIVILEGE, if you make a mistake, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO HUGE FINES AND IMPRISONMENT !!!! This should anger everyone.
