You are a GOD messanger to help all of us who are in such great pain, especially when the pain is in either hands that get worse past midnight, and we can't go to sleep. i've watched many videos, and they only focus on massaging from the wrist and the hand, but not from the upper arm and the elbow working toward the hand and the fingers like you do. i love the twisting, and that you mentioned to avoid massaging in the middle of the palm. i followed your instructions, and this is the 2nd time that i needed your help to ease the pain from my left and not the right hand this time around. Both times, the pain kept me up until 3 am, but after following your exercises, the pain went away, and i was able to go to sleep. You are AMAZING!!!! Thank you very much from the bottom of my HEART!!!

I have Multiple Sclerosis and performed these steps yesterday. I had a bad flareup in my left arm. After doing this, my arm felt so much better. Thank you!

Hey I'm watching your video right now and I have to tell you about my hand problem both my hands are sore all over from the fingertips to the wrist and the pain is going up my arm to my elbow all my fingers turn red especially my thumb and my fingers they all Shake and my arms Shake too can you give me some idea of exercise I can do this is so debilitating thank you very much and happy New Year
I am a server.i tripped and fell, fractured my wrist distal radius. Had surgery a week ago. my surgeon said i could moisture and massage, but I'm scared to remove brace :(
