There's essentially two types of fish tacos, La Paz or BCS style, fried on oil over flour tortillas and then Ensenada style, traditional fried in lars and served on corn tacos, since his restaurant is called Ensenada, I guess he's inspired by that style, he did mistake the names but hey, there's cameras so you never know, I would get quite nervous too hahaha

These look heat. I have a friend that has to eat gluten free and normally she gets stuck eating some weak gf sadness food but this looks so good.

Taco is made from corn flour. Corn is gluten free. You can eat all taco you can imagine as long as its made from corn

@@keynotepablo3524 It's a real thing champ. People who have the allergy all react differently. My friend gets instantly dizzy, tired, sick and starts throwing up when she comes in contact with flour or consumes anything that has gluten. It doesn't matter how many people can eat normal bread or have eaten it in the past, the allergy exists and isn't something made up, that's a stupid ass statement for sure.

it's not a flavor component. He said it causes the evaporation to happen quicker, making for a crispier batter.
