Definitely going to try….I toss everything but the kitchen sink in pies much to my husband’s chagrin as he’s a firm believer in simple is better and never to mask the real flavour of the food….have to hold back and this is a great start….would swap the milk out for the sweet potato water or even almond milk to keep it healthy

I tried it and used less cumin but my family still didn't like the taste of the cumin in it. They found that it was too intense. However, there was left over for the following day and it tasted so much better. Like all the flavours just married in properly by then. (lol) Nonetheless, my husband asked me to make it again but to eliminate the cumin.

Geera really is a very strong spice, maybe a 1/4 teaspoon or less would work. This is definitely something that tastes better the following day!

@@eatahfood My hubby requested a modification to your recipe and that was for me to add cheese. I did and that too tasted great! However, my attraction to your recipe was because there was no cheese in the first place. 😂 God bless! Keep the recipes coming.
