Any Any , all the vegetables are raw, they soften with the rest of the ingredients. It becomes more flavorful the next day. Try it you will make it again and again 😁

Perfection! Best coleslaw ever! I cut down a lot on the sugar. I added like less than half the 1/3 of sugar and I still found it too sweet. I will continue playing with the ratio. Thank you!

I've tried this recipe. Very much taste like KFC's. I only lessen the amount of lemon juice, I don't want it to be too sour because the yoghurt is sour enough. My whole family loved it! Thank you so much. 😊
