My peanut was still raw after frying. I used raw peanuts. Please what went wrong?

@@stellageorge3841 try making a small batch, coat properly and fry when the oil is not too hot. I used raw peanut too the only different thing I did was adding 1tsp of baking powder.

I love the way you keep adding the flour bit by bit and the way you took your time to explain and detailed the procedure. This is a must try
