His dyslexia is because he was meant to read Ancient Greek. So I don’t think it’s actually dyslexia, I think it’s just because he can’t really read normal English that well.

Percy had both ADHD and dyslexia. His ADHD helps him in battle and his brain is 'hard wired' to read ancient Greek. Search it up if you don't believe me, hope this helps!
