Mekeni Pinoy Pride in Artesia, CA is drawing long lines for their new AYCE Filipino buffet. The reason? It includes delicious lavish offerings like ginataang or cajun lobster, beef ribs, fried chicken, and a tonnnn of Filipino favorites!

    Sounds and looks great! Don’t be fooled. Mekeni does not refill their dishes. Be there an hour after their buffet opens and you will end up with lots of empty trays. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

    Lobster on the buffet just made it so commercial. Lobster as Filipino cuisine is like saying bacon or Ham with pomagranade molasses is Turkish or Moroccan cuisine.
