I'd give it a $70 out of a $100. My problem is that I can't eat that much at one sitting. I can put it away all during the day and night but not at one sitting. I really love how your videos are so informative. I learn so much from you. Thanks kid.

Two months ago, I made reservations for….FEBRUARY!!!! That was their first available date. I’m totally planning my Vegas trip around my buffet reservations! Incredible. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Used to LOVE the M's "Studio B" Buffet. We went many times and felt like the food was exceptional. This all looked really delicious, though!

Love that you are so honest instead of just raving about everything. Thank you for the great review 😅

This would be a special occasion spend. It's seems expensive but given what they offer. It's seems worth it for a birthday, anniversary or a occasion to treat someone you love. Everything looked great. It seems they pride themselves on quality and as someone who has worked in the industry I know how hard it is to come through and how much skill and discipline the chefs have to have to deliver it like that everyday. Thanks for the great and honest review.

Actually they only deliver it once a week, on Sunday mornings.

The M had one of the best daily buffets in town. They shut it down during the pandemic and never reopened it.

Ruby, boy I agree with that! $100 is a fleeting moment in Vegas. Why not go to this awesome buffet on Sunday? We would always include Sunday in our stays. Friday and Saturday are always so expensive.

Airline Chicken...The name of the cut is variously attributed to the shape resembling an airplane wing or that, because the exposed bone could be used as a handle to pick up the entire piece and eat it out of hand, it made it easier to eat in-flight.

Almost everything looked delicious. A few things just not my personal liking, but plenty to choose from. My only issue is I can't consume a lot of food at one sitting so I don't think I would pay $100 for a buffet.

Thanks for a great review Team Ruby...always the best content!! It would be hard to get past the $100 price tag, however, it was obvious that this was truly trying to provide an outstanding food experience (not just ambiance) to justify the price...its seems like they may have succeeded!! As a typical midwestern American male it would be hard to spend the $ when I know that a plate full of biscuits & gravy along with a pile of bacon can make me as happy as can be!

Based on Ruby's video of the M Resort $100.00 buffet, I prefer Caesar's Bacchanal buffet . The $100.00 buffet definitely looked good but not good enough to blow Caesar's buffet out the of the water, so to speak. Thumbs up for Ruby's video.

Caesars buffethe fate. Don't don't have lobster or lamb. Those are the expensive items. You can get your money worth from the M buffet just eating lobsters and lamb.

If you really care about your health you shouldn’t be nowhere near this type of place but again I’m French, you must be American what can I say…

Not sure if I missed it mentioned in the video, but just in case people watching don't know, the M Resort buffet here is based in the steakhouse restaurant so the steak/meat on the buffet is just top tier stuff (and also why it's $100 a pop). From friends who have gone there in the past, the lamb and steak are incredibly good (unless it's been sitting too long, but that's true of any buffet of course) and the desserts and seafood are amazing as well. I don't eat seafood, but the lobster stuff and crab legs I've been told are "S tier" by friends lol

My 4 things: lobster, lobster, lobster and lobster. Forget about the eggs, bacon, and prime rib, etc.

I would consider eating here. Though I'd definitely skip all the breakfast stuff and go straight for the Wellington, Lobster, Crab and Lamb. Otherwise, what's the point?

Looks worth it for the food you get, but I'm not a buffet fan for $100+. I prefer a fresh cooked meal and some cocktails. We have so many great restaurants here.

First off.... you rock Ruby!!! when you asked whether to review this buffet i was hoping it was going to happen soon and you didn't disappoint!!! so, snow crab, crab claws and lobster that is worth the price of admission right there, but Lamb and ..... beef Wellington! oh yeah that's well worth $100 Thank you Ruby and hubby for checking this out for us!! this is on my list next time we head out there.

The breakfast and the meat stations both had you giving the "wow that's good" expression you see when someone tastes something very special. I'm not going to lie, I was unlikely to ever try this buffet, but you and Mr Ruby might have convinced me to give it a shot if I can get in the next time I visit Vegas. Thank you for another terrific review.

I remember some years ago at Bally's had the Sterling Buffet for $85. You could eat enough caviar, crab, oyster and Champaign for that much!

I absolutely would eat here thank you Ruby! and Mr. Ruby. I loved the Sterling buffet back in the day what a treat. I'm not a big eater but the indulgence is part of Vegas. It so much more elegant than the cafeteria style Caesar's buffet.

Thank you for your recent video on the m resort buffet. Your explanations of the food items were on point. Hope you enjoyed the buffet.

My wife and I love to talk about the food we find on our adventures. Mr. Ruby is a lucky man!

This appears to me to be one of the pricey Las Vegas buffets worth the money. Quality, fresh and well prepared selection of premium entrees. Good presentation.

Ruby you're a knowledgeable food reviewer with a completely natural, spontaneous, uncontrived or self-conscious presentation style. Did you attend culinary school at one time? And how about previous experience in front of a camera like on local television news? The blue fingernails adds a nice color contrast to your appearance. 😊

This is why I love living in Las Vegas. The quality and variety of food, and it's all just a very short drive away. This is definitely a worthwhile splurge.

Damn really? If you love food there is a little better in the world than Vegas trust me on that…

For someone like Ruby who appreciates a really good buffet you should go. When she is 85 she will remember these buffets that were only $100 clear back in 2023, Otherwise save that $100 and that is what the hospital charged my 90 yr old dad to give him a Tylenol when he had a headache and had to call his MD for an order. I think the $100 is cheap for a memory that will last a lifetime

Rack of lamb as entree these days are about $50 already, so including all the other food it’s pretty worth the money.

I could totally go for beef wellington, rack of lamb, and sushi in a single setting. I could see myself checking this place out when I'm in the mood for elevated surf-n-turf. As always, I enjoy Ruby's food reviews. I appreciate the details on the bennies -- I usually shy away from them because runny yolks are not my favorite, either.

Airline chicken breast is just how it's prepared. Leaving the wing on it. It became popular because it was served on airlines back when traveling was fun and a nice experience vs the hell that it is now.

This looks like a great replacement for Ballys old Champagne Sunday Lobster Brunch.

The most carnivorous buffet I have ever seen. I gotta say this bad-boy $100 smorgasbord looks well-worth the price of admission. You're my hero Ruby, you tried everything and could still stand.

Ruby, Food looks good enough to eat at a wedding. Have you ever done a video on cheap food that tastes expensive?

Were the lobster tails and crab legs hot? We miss the Sterling buffet, because it had unlimited caviar, too, as well as champagne, and even sake for under $100. You have not eaten lobster tail until you've eaten hot lobster tail with caviar on top! The beef Wellington does look good as does the prime rib. It seems pricey, but if you go to a steakhouse and order an appetizer, salad, beef, or something like lamb chops, and desert you will go over $100 per person. If you think of it, that way, all these gourmet buffets are worthwhile. and this is obviously a lot better than the all you can eat lobster day at the Palms buffet which runs around $70 and has a tremendously long line and waiting time.

I agree, several commenters said they cannot eat $100 worth of food. It's not quantity, its quality of the food which should mirror a good steakhouse that will cost well over $100 per person.

Right such a huge turn off. As soon as I seen it on ice I said oh hell no. I definitely wouldn't go there. I like it warmed or hot with some warm butter so I'd try some of the other buffets first

Vegas is my favorite destination when it comes to FOOD everything is sooo delicious.

Really like how you review buffets, giving things a scale, the way you describe food and what was the best out of what you picked for each plate. Had seen other reviews of the place and in those I had no idea if I would like it. Your review is 100% better. Thanks for sharing.

There are closer casinos to Akron that have celebrity chef restaurants like Council Bluffs, IA and the closer ones in Ohio so you wouldn't have to travel far. That said, $100 for a buffet even with the seafood, sushi, beef wellington, lamb, salmon, is way too much. Don't feel left out, most tourists won't spend that much on a buffet.

I'll plan to go to that buffet the next time I'm in Vegas. Everything looks superb.

This buffet is aspirational, not about class warfare, though most wealthy consumers wouldn't spend $100 on a buffet either. It would be viewed as unnecessary since there are other fine dining buffet at half the cost.

You are right about the beef Wellington. Think about what you would pay for a single serving at Gordon Ramsey. Plus they would charge extra for sauce as many high end steak places do now. FYI Bellagio buffet which I have not been to for a while used to served beer Wellington and lamb chops at their regulars buffet all the time

Do the buffets use mushrooms between the crust & the filet in the Beef Wellington? I had my first BW at the Voisin in NY (since gone....) and it used what i think is classic - a layer of fois gras . The first time I had it in Colonial Williamsburg at Christiana Campbell's Tavern they used oysters in place of the fois gras . So - how did you like your BW?

They're being programmed by terrible college economics and business class courses that tell students that when demand increases, prices should increase as well. What those classes don't tell you is how sharply demand drops off when the price reaches a certain point. And that's not what you want. You can't operate a restaurant like a hot item on Facebook marketplace and just start making up prices.

Making a reservation for this asap. Absolutely spot on about the beef wellington and the cost, plus those lobster tails look huge!

Finally, someone who gets me about the snap thing on sausage ahah I love breakfast sausages and sausage in general, but sometimes the snap of the skin and how it is in my mouth is weird lol But id deffo try there it all looks really good ty for the awesome vid!

M resorts old buffet was better than bachannal but this looks like it’s definitely worth a try and it has aa amazing view of the city!

Actually, $100 does not sound bad since in Florida, some of the nicer restaurants will cost you $100/person for a 3-course lunch (salad/entree/dessert w/wine or beer.)

I think they'd have to carry me out of there ... I simply wouldn't be able to walk after getting steamed into all of that😊

I was there the day you were filming and I have to say, your critique was spot on. Loved the swan puff (I thought it was a strawberry cream) and the crab was really good. I’d say it was well worth the $100 price tag. We got in as a walk in due to someone cancelling at the last minute. We waited about 30 minutes, but so worth it.

WOW This place is a must on my next trip!
