No seafood is actually freash there ,it would be frozen defosted so there making money and saving on the profits. All seafood in vagus is. So my moneys worth would be on variety ,cooked nicley with flavour , nothing gone bad in holding stations . Timing of live cook stations as well because they would stagger how much they hand out in there timing and portions. This is a good place for the food from what you shown .👍🇦🇺☺

With having been to Vegas prob 10 times our last stay was at Virgin and we loved it. Pool wasn’t as good as we hoped but everything was great.

I just got back from Vegas, stayed at Fontaineblue and all that…prices are so funny I had to just laugh and double up on the orders…$40 for a coffee…sure give me two…haha…why not its all Monopoly money at this point anyways…😂

I stayed in same type of room over Memorial Day weekend. Some of the furniture was worn and the bathroom and closets weren't that clean. They only have a couple restaurants open in the daytime and they were so crowded you couldn't get seated without reservations. Also, slot machine malfunctioned about 1:30 a.m. and it took a half hour to get a slot attendant to fix it.

Couple of things. #1, surprised you didn't mention minibars. Talk about ripoffs. I haven't been to Vegas since 2007 but even then, when we stayed at the Mirage and in the minibar a 12oz bottle of water was almost $10(the bottle of warm Evian on the table in your room was something like $12). Macadamia nuts were $10 for like 6 nuts. A 4oz can of coke was $5. A small bag of Cheetos was $3. And a disposable camera, when those things existed(yes it was in the minibar) was $27. Mind you, this is in 2007 dollars. To really save money on getting around, swallow your pride and just take the buses. At the airport, don't get scammed by the limos. Again, just take the hotel shuttles. Oh. the bigger ripoff than the 4pm check in is the 10 or 11am checkout.

I have lived here for 47 years. You are correct in the areas you might consider buying a home. Henderson and Summerlin are in the better parts of the valley. I hated it the 1st 5 years we lived here, but now you couldn't get me to leave. I hate the heat, everyone does, but it is only bad about 3 months out of the year. We hibernate during those months kind of like they do back east during the winter. Water is a problem with all the growth, as we are in the desert. Grass is not allowed anymore, and that is sad. People with lawns have to have them removed by the end of 2025. Locals rarely go to the Strip. I hope you enjoy your life here. We have. We spent many years exploring the desert, and now we are to old. Get out and see it if you can. It is beautiful, and there is nothing better than running into wild horses while you are out there. I've stayed at Four Queens, Fitzgerald's (The D's predecessor) and The D. I love Four Queens because it is simple and you can use the pool at Binion's. It might be a cheap hotel but I've never had any issues and when my Mom and I used to stay there. We used to stay at Fitzgerald's before it turned to complete cr**. We stayed at The D when it first opened and the beds were so hard, I had to get extra pillows to put on top just so I could sleep. The main casino floor there is so loud I do not go in except to go upstairs and play Sigma Derby. If Golden Nugget ever does their overly dated poker room and gets floor managers that don't treat non-locals like trash I might give that a try. Until, I will not stay downtown again. And I'm sorry...I don't care how nice the rooms are at Circa.. another too loud casino. I've never even been i side because you walj by and hear the noise like you're inside. I'd like to not have to wear earplugs to go into a casino. It's too bad because I used to love staying downtown.

It's been over a decade since I was there. If that is it for the buffet, it has gone downhill. The stuff will feed you, but nothing special and not much of a selection. The free breakfast buffets I've had at a Hampton Inn are superior.

failed to ever be anywhere in the world that google maps didn't function and if google maps functions you can use public transit without issue. Just to lay this out there, I live in DC, travel often to NYC, have lived in Chicago. Public transit rarely costs more then $10 to get form point a to b, most city busses cost $3 or less. There is an option besides ride share

lol I knew excalibur was gonna be on the list but we've stayed there in the past. It was a bit dark and had legacy smoke smell but was otherwise nice enough. Kiddo really liked the tournament of kings so that was the deal.
