Binging on your videos... It was helpful when you mentioned it's about safety over service. I was wondering how important service is . I watched a training video from the Emirates academy and the instructor complimented where the FA placed the napkin, but corrected the FA on how she held the cup. It really is all about first class, top tier service with them.

@@mynextlocation last question....if someone is a Delta FA and they are coming to attend would they be considered one of your two tickets or can they mingle in with the rest of the employees that my be attending? sorry for the specific question but I have my mom and dad to come, but my uncle is a FA and wants to be there to pin on my wings

I believe they’ll need a ticket as well but there will be an entire session on graduation as well. Plus people do give their tickets to others so be on a lookout
