Ойын-сауық

🎧 Listen on apple podcast: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...
Hey guys welcome to the Rough Air Podcast, the one and only flight attendant show that will help get the job as flight attendant but also will guide you on how to keep it.
My name is Alexis and I am the host of this podcast and Today's Episode wi will dive into Delta's Flight Attendant face to face interview. This episode is intended to help you gain clarity of what happens inside of the interview knowing exactly what to expect.
I will be talking and breaking down what will you do the face to face and each group. Yes each group! Delta divides you into Three groups: in the group A you will be the first doing the One on One interview. This Part requires to be familiar and confident with the STAR method because Delta will ask you to answer using it.
Those in the Group B will be doing the Q&A section and the Snap and Reach Test. This part of the interview requires you to ask questions and participate. And lastly but not least, you have the Group C which will be doing the Group activity.
Each activity is important and I go in detail on today's Episode.

This video kind of brought me to tears. I went to a F2F with Delta last year, and I got sent home with no CJO. I wasn’t ready that day, and I was too scared to try again. I applied again earlier this year but I had just had my son, and it wasn’t the right time for me either. When you said being at the F2F meant I had something they were looking for, I really felt that. I do think I have something they’re looking for, but I just didn’t see it that day. I just really didn’t. Things didn’t work out earlier for me, but if they open up the application again, I think I will go for it.

I’ve applied for this company since 2011. I’ve had about 14 F2F with them. I’m going for my 15th F2F with them and it’s my third one this year. And THIS video has given me so much insight that I hadn’t considered. I typically ACE interviews and simply couldn’t figure out where I wasn’t matching up. This video has helped me to prepare a much better package to bring to my F2F next week. I’m excited to utilize this information!!!

What’s meant for YOU will not pass you by. I applied to DL and AA the same day but made it through the DL process two months earlier. I did not get the CJO but there’s nothing I would have done differently. DL was not a good fit for me. I was disappointed and almost didn’t follow through with AA’s process. I figured I had to see it through and am so happy I did. Almost exactly two months later I got my CJO with AA and have been based at ORD. Even if I hadn’t gotten the job at AA the interview process was the most fun I had. DL felt depleting. Lots of airlines are hiring. AA is hiring 3000 flight attendants in 2024. There are many options if you want to fly. ✈️✈️✈️

This IS by far the Best Recap, And Informative Example's of insight I have ever now been fortunate enough to come upon and across for Flight Attendant. I just reapplied again. I wished I would have known all this Pertinent information back in October of last year. But now I know. Your Personality Sparkles through this entire Podcast. And I totally agree Humbleness, Humility with a sprinkle of Confidence will Always Win. You definitely should be a Facilitator and a Recruiter. Thank You. Much Respect and Appreciation. This information is Priceless. It helps me feel one step closer to an OJI now. Have a Wonderful St. Patrick's 🎉💚💫Day Alexis.

From my experience with my F2F I do not think Delta is going to base their decision on how youre dressed as long as its clean, neat and business casual. Someone in my group wore stiletto platform heels, tight dress pants and a button up top. Another wore a light blue 2 piece mini skirt suit. Both received a CJO.

  • @bsharp1533

They don’t! It’s based on your personal connection with the interviewer. There’s people who do the complete opposite of what’s instructed in these videos, and they receive a CJO. These people think it’s their personality; the way they dress, etc., that helped them get the CJO. No! They got lucky and paired with the right interviewer.

Thank you for the great video! Your contribution to all of us newbies is so helpful. I have a concern with the cart activity though. Based on the description it sounds like a technical activity that a former or experienced FA would have the edge on. I understand you said we can show leadership by reading the paper and helping to plan what should be on the cart, but it seems like most newer people would shy away from the hands on portion. Maybe I misunderstand the exercise because I haven't seen it in person?

Don’t be intimidated. I am currently a FA and even I was intimidated by this section. But the key is to be a leader. Don’t railroad others, but definitely take charge. In my interview, I made the mistake of following another guy’s lead and all he wanted to do was have everyone in the group read the instructions together. We wasted so much time. But that day, I just wasn’t feeling myself. I had a lot going on, and I didn’t get it. But had I been in my right mind, I would’ve taken charge and recommended something else bc that was totally inefficient.

I got my CJO and I start training soon. If this helps, BE YOURSELF! Every moment and every person you meet is apart of the interview process. It can be a long day so pace your excitement and talk to EVERYONE! Even if it’s a simple smile and a “how long have you been with delta? “ but the most important advice I can give is before you get there take a moment, close your eyes, and visualize you getting a “congratulations” then trust that you’ll get it. Ok. Sorry to talk too much! Good luck 💜
