Kelly, I'm almost 50 years old...and I've never flown anywhere before. It's a combination of no experience plus fear of crashing. But after watching your content for a while, I start thinking that if I met someone as awesome as you then maybe I can do it someday.

You doing amazing work love your videos and total respect for keep going when your tired

Always enjoy your vlogs! I am not nor have been a flight attendant but dated one and I saw how flights can really take it out of you. I can totally appreciate that you all have a hectic life. Thank you and all flight attendants for what you do. Take care and happy travels ❤

I lived in LA for 9 years when I was in my 20's and worked as a ticket and gate agent for United Airlines at LAX. I loved it and it was the best years of my life ! But....the city changed so much after the Rodney King ordeal. It was always a welcoming city that accepted everyone, but after that it seemed to die. I left in 1994 you probably were not even born yet LOL I admire you for staying in LA but I would not want the sky high taxes and rent/home prices. The best thing I ever did was moving to Florida. Thanks for taking us along on your trip and travel safe my friend!

Im curious how many steps do you usually log on a regular day at work.....are you over 10 thousand ???? Lord knows those terminals can seem like the neverending walks!!!! Love your vlogs !!!

Not as many as you'd think, the terminals are big but the airplanes aren't, it's hard to get steps in on the plane!

I do sometimes, if I click with them and we have time. I usually like to do it for dinner or a drink the day we get in instead of the next day

I had my fingers crossed that you'd get paid for your 3 days, glad it worked out! I would find the waiting around and not getting paid to be the most frustrating part of your job. If I'm not at home in my pajamas, I'd definitely want to get paid. 🤣

You get it! That is the hardest part. Things can go sideways really fast in the airline industry. One thing goes wrong and it is a domino effect. It's hard when you don't know what is going on, or what will happen, and on top of it you aren't getting paid....

You guys should get paid for boarding!!!

So what do you do if you find a murderer? 😱

It seems like you have a lot of different trips to all random different places. Is that typical, or do some flight attendants have more of a routine circuit of flights with the same crew? I know reserve is definitely more random... but for non-reserve? Are you generally with similar groups of flight attendants to be able to have some tight colleague bonds, or is it more random?

Great question. So our schedule come out monthly and is a "line" or a series of trips . About a half month before I can go into my employee portal and look at all the trips and bid for a line that I like. I get to choose 3 different lines (first choice, second choice, etc.) Depending on my seniority, I might be able to hold that line, but if another flight attendant is senior to me, and wants it, they will get it over me. Hope that makes sense.

Yes, When there is an incident we have to do lots of paperwork...

haha! for real though....

I believe the world would be a much better place without coffee and coke. People get energy from these drinks and then don’t know how to funnel it, they start screaming at other people. I stopped consuming caffeine three years ago and feel great.
