There shouldn't be arguments about noise. If someone comes to my home in the middle of the day complaining about noise from "laughing" then the answer is they can leave my property or I can call the police. I've had neighbors who are very noisy during celebrations or family gatherings - that's their property and I wouldn't begrudge them enjoying their time together.

I no longer own a car because of vandalism. I will walk, take a bus, or take a cab. I no longer have to worry about someone vandalizing my car or stealing it. And I save a lot of money on insurance, maintenance and upkeep

I keep my garage bare now. Not a thing in it. I leave the door unlocked. I gave up. They even broke in and stole couch pillows one night! The police said they use the covers as bags! 🙄

@@christophernunn77 Two nights ago, a homeless women found a metal bar using it to smash and shattering our building front door. When the manager called the police, they did NOTHING. They said it was a case of vandalism, and it was out of their jurisdiction. I live in one of the highest crime rates in my city, one of the highest homeless, mentally ill and drug addicted populations walking the street. Anyone could have walked in, gotten into anybody's apartment and seriously hurt somebody. But the police simply laughed at us and did nothing.
