The Adhesive backing is new to me thanks. For me I think this would be a better option. Thanks so much.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I think I have the same exact granite counter top (uba tuba) for the last 25 yrs and hated how it. I was ready to change it out but after I repainted the cabinet (from dated orange wood to antique white) and changed out the pulls/knobs to brass, the black granite top looked gorgeous against the newly painted cabinets. It now has a cozy a french style modern cottage feel. I feel your real granite still looks better than faux marble.
Great job. Thanks for posting.
Looks beautiful
Awesome!!!
Looks great!💜
Get heat resistant white paint to paint you stove. Or whatever color you want.

Yuck, marble is so over done… white is just as bad.
I'm amazed at the counter top
Nice job 🎉❤
Awesome ideas!
Great Job 👍
You’ve got at least 1/4 inch thick space at the back of those board and batten strips. How did you disguise that dead space?
Looks awesome

Wow, this beautiful. Love the "marble" countertop!!!The back splash was the icing on the cake!!!
The painted Granite was a travesty. Be prepared to replace it when you sell the home
Where are those cabinet lights plugged in and how do you turn them on and off? And what part is the “genius” part?
We have seen all these.

Painted granite or marble is simple. Try to sell it to someone who has the same measurements in their kitchen, a neighbor in the complex or neighborhood. Please don’t paint it.
i know you do not want to endorse products but would have been helpful to see the products name unless i missed them.

Painted countertops never hold up well.

Years ago we bought our first home and everything needed an update. We didn’t have money for new countertops. The existing ones were from 60’s or 70’s. I painted them and they held up for at least 8 years and there was never a mark on them. I also did my grandmother’s and they held up great until the day she passed, 13 years later. People always thought they were the real deal.
Just awful ideas, painting granite!? Why!!? Just terrible design ideas.
Thanks!
