This place is absolutely amazing. I did a quick conversion of Euros into AU$ and it is bigger than a Unit which is up for sale next door and half the price! Stunning 😀

I am in Oz as well [Bris]. Boy oh boy, I should have moved in on this. We don't have anything like this kinda value.

That view is the money shot! Fabulous location, plenty of room for family and friends. Appears to be in excellent condition. I can see myself hanging out on the balcony overlooking the piazza with a glass of wine! It'd be fun to walk down and join in the action, too. Easy walk to restaurants and close to mountains or sea. So much going for it! 🙋‍♀💜

Not a big fan of this one. The layout is simply too bad. Love the location but that is it.

I tend to agree. It's a bit of a labyrinth with narrow corridors, probably fun for kids if you have them. Personally, I'd rather have fewer rooms in trade for a proper great room and kitchen. Also, that's a lot of stairs to be carrying groceries up all the time.

​@@DT-vc7hd Not only groceries, but FURNITURE! And the stairs are so narrow it's hard to imagine how to maneuver ANY kind of furniture up there except flat packed pieces from Ikea that IMHO is just TOO modern for a place like this.

Been watching about 6 months now. I think this is my favorite one yet. Location is absolutely fantastic and views from main room overlooking city square are amazing. Layout kinda strange, but seems like most properties in Italy have strange layouts. Price is fantastic. One word to describe it is “stunning”🍷

Dave what a truly stunning space and view. But as nice as it is I prefer the charm, character and "soul" I feel in your other procedures. I think that for me, what could have caused that impression, was that it was TOO fully restored (no exposed brick or stone, at least that I recall) and the furnishings were too modern. Although this property wasn't my cup of tea, I'm quite positive it won't be on the market long cause as I first stated it IS Stunning❤😂

I love it! As others have said, the location can’t be best. Sulmona is breathtaking and to have a direct view of the piazza is incredible. The floors, walls & ceilings are beautiful. I quite like the layout. The upper level configuration & low ceiling is a bit weird to navigate but it’s just “extra” anyhow so no big deal. Unfortunately, for me, the price is too high but I’m happy for whomever gets it. It’s a beauty!! Nice job David👏🏼

Livingroom is small I would use the dining room as a living room with the fireplace.

Boy my husband and I loved this property. It is well finished and move in ready. Yes, the price is on the higher end but for what you are getting in the location it is in it will be snatched up quickly. I wish we were in a position to buy right now. Sulmona checks off so many boxes for us and would be a wonderful location to age gracefully!

It's one of the best places you've ever shown. There was a clothes drier in the laundry room.😮 How un-Italian. 😂😅😅 They even have pigeon guards on the balconies.

Absolutely beautiful. The space in this home is amazing. Walk in with your suitcase and your done. How much easier can it get?

I,m just wondering if owning an appartment is similar to leasehold in UK. That is to say, you don’t really own it, but have sole right of occupancy.And of course recurring maintenance bills and other costs or charges. Perhaps the system is different in Italy.

All apartments in italy are freehold. You own the property

Remodel was well-done, but layout is awkward. Upstairs only for "wee ones"!

Location is very good, quality materials used. But unfortunately the layout is not ok. No good livingroom. Narrow corridors don’t add to the splendor. A pity.

Is the hallway with the book case as narrow as it looks?

This property is totally amazing.. I love the floor plan. If it's possible I would take out the wall between the dining room an living room to make it larger... Could a balcony be put on the window that's facing the Piazza? I live in Las Vegas NV. You can't find a house for the price of this property that has so much without going into some undesirable areas.. I would snap this property up in a heartbeat if I could.. Love Love Love.

Nice view but the apartment is very cramped and claustrophobic. And the living room is miniscule. Having all the rooms off that narrow corridor makes it seem like a fancy barracks. Very elegant steps though.

David that is the perfect Property to use as a B and B. Live Upstairs, laundry down and 3 rental rooms WOWZA....

Is the fireplace gas, pellet or wood burning? Is the hob LPG or propane bottle? Nice to see such a well done place.

Very small living room for the amount of sq. footage. Beautiful finishes though!

Living / dining area doesn't work for me......location yes, but the rest is a 6/10

Location is great, but the apartment is too big for rental and not modern and spacious enough to live permanently. I would Not even know which wall to take down to make it work for me. The Piazza view ist great, but would I pay an extra 100.000 Euros for that guaranteed noise? Just my thoughts I hope they get their asking price.

Nice property. So much space! I do wish there were more windows or an outdoor rooftop. Seems a bit too closed in.

Why is this a penthouse apartment? No terrace or patio. Strange lay out. I didn't think it had a great view ? No real flow. Not loving it. I think the selling points are it's size and location in that town. Oh, and pretty much move in ready. Still not for me.

You need to state whether ex-pats get the 7% tax at every place you present. An easy addition to your narrative. .

I usually LOVE these weirdly shaped apartments, and when I saw that landing at the front door, I had high expectations. However, the living and dining spaces just didn't work for me. The rest of the spaces were amazing, though!

How is this a "penthouse"? Isn't this more of a townhouse or rowhouse? It seems wildly overpriced. I guess there's no harm in asking whatever price you want for something.
