Just the reason I have been told you before,some sh!ttard modders may add charts without charters's permission.So sadly most of the charters on KZread nowadays won't give the charts to anyone : (
is there a tool to make those arcs at 2:02 or is it all made manually?

the brrrrrr arcs? there's a website (aff toolbox) with a bunch of stuff and one of em is Arc Cutting Tool, where you can put the aff codeline of your arc and just divide them however you needed
Is that custom scenecontrol on 707?
