Dubas has got to find someone for Smith. Giving him another year to prove himself maybe BUT........he doesn't want or didn't want to be here in the first place. Clear up space for someone who WANTS to be a Penguin.

No buyout on Smith. Other teams are interested. Worst case scenario, they retain some salary.
And get a new coach over Sullivan also

I'd rather they retain salary and trade.
Get rid of Smith. Trade him to Philly or Toronto.
Smith doesn’t wanna be in Pittsburgh.. Buy him out and move on
