Very interesting development. Have to say, it does seem to line up with what Dubas said re: seeing how Blomqvist would perform in the Calder Cup playoffs.

One of the MO's of Dubas is he is favourable to players in contracts...the contracts he gave out in Toronto (I'm from there)....was always more than expected in terms of projected amounts (more dollars and term usually than expected).....now if there is short changing Sid on his contract (and it isn't because Sid wants less)...that would be a snake move

Trade Smith and bring in a younger, faster guy for the 3rd and 4th lines. I think this team is moving in the right direction.

Using ur imagination, can you ever envision, turning on the Stanley Cup Final and seeing Jarry in net? I can't picture that scene. It's not that he isn't a top goalie, but it's more that he can't be trusted to give it his all. It's not about his talent but his attitude and will.

Hope Jarry does get dealt at this point . He’ll be great elsewhere .

Jake nice but i'd love to see Laine here too...an explosive scorer who can net 50 on this club (if his head and heart are in it)

1A, thats a joke. Ned is way better than Jarry. Everyone in the NHL, other than Pens mgt. Knows that!!
