For all those wanting Sullivan out, I am in agreement, however I do suspect Dubas will make apt changes and if this team is anywhere near where they were this season by November, Sullivan will be terminated without hesitation.

Why is Sullivan (two Stanley Cups) treated so differently than Tomlin (one Super Bowl). Other than the obvious, I mean. Discuss . . .

You're right, not too much to discuss. I would add though that Hockey Head Coaches get a lot more blame in general. Bruce Cassidy when the Bruins fired him would be my prime example.

Sad truth is that no one needs "the why" for this firing. You can have a pretty bad team overall and still have a good powerplay, because all your best guys are on it. Being 30th and playing that constant tic-tac-toe powerplay was painful to watch. Maybe get bodies in the front, screen the goalie? it's like they didnt even know good hockey basics, until Bunting showed up and was willing to do the dirty work.

All of you couch coaches saying that Sully needs to go. I disagree 100%. It is not Sully's fault that Hextall fucked up the team. Sully used the pieces he had.

Firing Reirden is putting a band aid on a gun shot wound. Until, Sullivan gets shown the door. Nothing will change

I think Sully needs to go but we cant do worse than Todd R & we can do a whole lot better...so we already improved as a team with this clown shown the door
