00:56 - Union Primary School Char Koay Kak
💬 We passed by this place and HAD to stop for this! And it did not disappoint! Definitely give it a go if you are in Penang.
02:44 - Pulau Tikus Wet Market
💬 Among all the delicious food here, we enjoyed the White Curry Noodles, Sates, Popiah (Vegetable wrap) and Lok Lok (more for the vibe and friendly store owner!).
09:28 - Restoran Old Green House
💬 Look, they won a Michelin Bib Gourmand! We've been regulars for a long time and didn't even know about it until we visited. Their prawn noodles were on point- rich broth, generous topping.
☕️ Let's be friends!

Hot bowl white curry mee is most probably the first who started the white version with cili paste on the side, they are also very famous for their blanced white chicken and ginger, vineger pork leg. The best Char Koay kak is at Macalister lane, only sells in the morning until finish. The sisters started to learn the trade from their father even when they were studying in primary school, have been doing that for about 50 to 55 years.
