@@reysterlightwood4127 It's an art concept that you divide the canvas into 3 rows and 3 columns so to speak. It helps the artist to visualize compositions that force viewers' eyes to scan around the whole piece of art. Because of this concept, artists who use the rule of third almost never put their subject in the middle of the image, it's always slightly off to the side to create more interesting compositions.

Hwei is a painter, a visual artist. His theme is the rule of thirds (not golden ratio, that's different). Jhin is just Jhin(an "artist"?) and inspired about different east asian superstitions of death. 4 in Japanese is "shi", which also sounds like the word "death", making it an unlucky or deathly number.

It’s more just that Hwei is just outclassed by champs like Syndra and Oriana. Hwei isn’t terrible in a vacuum, but he’s bad in comparison to the other options available.

I think you're actually saying the same things, just you might be thinking that they're saying Hwei's unplayable or something which he isn't and which wasn't being said. ''Bad in comparison to'' isn't saying something's bad period. Going for a jog is better than going for a walk for exercise, but that doesn't mean walking is bad.

I remember watching bob play zed a long time ago and he was straight ass. My mechanics were better as a zed and I don’t even play ranked, just a shitload of aram and norms.
