as a kid, i've alway look forward to watching this program every week . beautiful childhood memory.

I use to watch this program as a child . who know's some years later i would be in the Olympics and world championships.

I think its a very old video

This is terrible coaching by modern day standards - v basic but no attention to detail about foot position, take off parameters an general running style ie leaning forwards and highhands
