I’m not going to say acting is the hardest job in the world, but it is mentally draining. So I could see that as great advice to shake off being in that headspace for 12 hours. Cranston mentioned that to snap out of Walter White he would sit alone in silence with either a warm or cold wash rag on his face to help decompress.
