I can’t believe he auditioned for narcos and didnt get it, then only got it because someone dropped out. He was perfect in it!

I listen to anything he has on the internet and play it on loop when i'm feeling low
He’s become a huge star but has no ego, still relates like he’s still a struggling actor and not a celebrity, so genuine and kind. Remains grounded despite his huge success. Love him!!
Hearing Pedro talk about his journey will be so moving, it's so touching how humble and grateful he is 🥺 He deserves all the success and recognition 👏👏👏💜

I agree. He knew what he wanted to do when he was just a kid. He worked so hard and never gave up. I adore him. He’s such a great person. ❤
Jenelle is such a fantastic interviewer, bringing out the best in her guests every time. Pedro Pascal's talent as an actor and his genuine humanity shine through in this interview. He's not just incredibly charming and humble, but that's also the key to why people fall in love with him. I feel incredibly fortunate to share this lifetime with someone as inspiring as Pedro.❤❤

Ya, he is a real actor’s actor. His depth of knowledge and love for the craft is palpable.
He’s the absolute sweetest. You can just feel a sense of safety and gentleness with him. He’s just such a warm, funny human being! ❤❤❤

Pedro grew up in Texas and California. Also spent a long time, in his 30's, in Brooklyn 😊

@jayetoler1923 Right?! Everyone of his characters have their own distinct voice and rhythm that have been deliberately constructed specific to who that character was! What a master of his craft!

It's so refreshing to see someone so down to earth despite being so popular and successful. We're all noticing how genuine his enthusiasm for movies and theatre is and I wish we had more celebrities like Pedro. He really is an inspiration for people that want to devote their life to their passion and the fact that he tried and tried and ended up where he is gives me hope. I believe he is very talented, that his curiosity and enthusiasm will serve him well in the next years. I can't believe the industry had made him feel "invisible" for so long when, in reality, I feel he's so very distinctive and maybe that is the very reason why he didn't get picked up! I wish him all the best! 😊

He’s just such a humble normal guy and so kind…it’s what makes him so likable! Wish for him everything he wishes for himself!!!
One of my favourite Pedro Pascal performances was his little cameo in "If Beale Street Could Talk". I had NO IDEA that he was gonna be in that movie. It made an already excellent movie even better.
Soaking up every second of this. I love his passion for the arts and his eloquence.
I wish so badly I could see recordings of his plays.

He sounds like he was the stereotypical kid with ADHD that drove his parents crazy! Good thing they allowed him to pursuit acting as an outlet for all this energy! ❤

This career retrospective is incredible, The way in which Pedro talks about his time in the theater, about his work, tells the anecdotes. This man is so amazing for this world, and I feel so lucky to exist in the same time as him and share space with him on this planet. Pedro Pascal, I adore you and treasure you with all my soul.
I adore this man. ADORE. THIS. MAN. He's so sweet, so humble, so talented, so sexy, it's ridiculous.

This is one of my favorite people period.
He is making me think reading plays is something I’ve missed out on
Thankyou for this well conducted career retrospective. Pedro's story is an example of the numerous scattered dots mapping a route towards accomplishing the dream- you might not be able to make out the route at first but you've gotta believe the dots WILL join to lead you somewhere, and it really did- his NY days, meeting Sarah Paulson and forging and maintaining a friendship with her which led him to GOT, the cancelled pilots and failed auditions and those same people coming back to him with important parts later for a different project, the friends he made during his days of struggle which are family now, the theatre experience which helped him deliver a knockout in SNL and generally put in an effortless performance that puts him at a different level than everyone else- everything just points out that eventually you've gotta believe and keep working, and God willing one day all the dots will lead you to where you dream and deserve to be. Pedro Pascal, such an inspiration!
Oscar Isaac is such a hoot lol! I can only imagine how chaotic their rehearsals might have been.
Pedro is really incredible, he's humble and talks about his career with so much gratitude and love that it's inspiring to watch. He's the kind of person you'd love to meet for coffee and talk about everything. He's lovely. I loved the interview.❤

You don't have a clear understanding of the character Joel, he is not bothered by the fact that Ellie is gay and in fact encourages her in her relationship with Dina in part of the game. So why would the actor playing him be any different?
Sounds like he was feeling pretty miserable and he soldiered through it. What a good guy. If I sounded like that, I'd be fetal, on the couch, nursing a bottle of Nyquil.
