Not this one. The cooking peanut oil without flavor is chemically processed.

@@JustinKoenigSilica So would you say it is best to get cold press peanut oil instead of the regular clear one you get in supermarkets?

@@ellenripley4837cold pressed it myth. It’s just the unfiltered version
Is there no degumming or neutralizing process? What about the removal of FFA?
Paraffin addition not showed 🤔
What I don't get is the purification before the packaging oil is obtained
I really enjoyed this video, just a few even better ifs - how does the peanut just become oil that was the whole point of me watching this video and you just said peanuts went in and oil comes out. Also the weight of peanuts annually been equated to the weight or R Wagons makes no sense surely using elephants or football stadiums or a famous landmark because 11,600 wagons is abit silly in my opinion. Other then these minor points my friend and I really enjoyed this video thank you
0:25 🤣🤣🤣 I don't know why but that typo killed me

The litre (British English spelling)
That's a well oiled machine
Excellence has its reward, the process is so straight forward and very educational this is what should be taught in schools for students to get in on the piece of the action early enough
how to deodorize
if we follow this process what will be shelf life?
The process does not involve any Degumming, Neutralization/Deacidification, Bleaching, Deodorization and Dewaxing. What would you comment?

Its better than any process i had known.
Also, at 4:02-bare galvanized iron sheet for a trough? Held to the post with rusty bolts (and, as you know, rust flakes off as time goes by. Guess where might the particles land? Yup, down to the already filtered oil)? Seams that are unsightly and seemingly oxidizing at the moment? That's hygienic for you, I guess. Edit: just saw the dust collecting at the corners of the frame. smh Edit II: 4:30 That was handled with bare hands. Seriously, no gloves? Where's German engineering when you really need S-tier automation?

200,000l/year means only 550liters/day. that is ridiculous given that raw groundnut is 10,500 tons

i think is in india no to bash the country but..
The machines don't even look clean or sanitized. They're dirty and rusty. I love peanut oil but I won't buy it if it's from India. No offense...
Compare this factory to this Korean sesame oil production: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n2qt0JmGc9rggMo.html Keywords: stainless steel! Aluminum! Non-rust! HACCP Standards! Gloves, hairnet, smock gown! Honestly, what product would you say is the more hygienic one? ;)
It’s not 2,00,00 It’s 200,000
