Method :-
1. Roast jeera and peanut separately.
2. Remove skin of peanuts.
3. Add spices for 1 big cup peanuts(1.5 cup normal cup )
(1) big cup peanuts
(2).1/3 tsp red chili powder.
(3).1/6 tsp turmeric powder.
(4). 1/2 tsp amchur powder(green mango dry powder).
(5). 1/2 tsp salt.
(6). 1 tsp jeera.
(7). Hing as per taste.
4. Grind peanuts in mixer jar for a second
5. Then pour in a big hole sieve to get coarse powder.
6. Repeat the process till whole peanut transfer into coarse powder.
