Ingredients :-
2 part wheat.
1 part Moong.
make a flour of it
for khakhra
take 5 cup of moong wheat flour.
1/2 cup or 3/4 cup milk malai
mix well and make little tight dough with water.
make chapati out of it.
make khakhra on tawa or khakhra maker.
