रुई जैसे मुलायम मुँह मैं घुलने वाले दही बड़े || Dahi Bade || Cook with MJ own style Dahi Bade.

Ingredients:-
Moong dal -1/3 cup
Chawla dal -1/2 cup
Urad dal -3/4 cup
1. Wash and soak dal for 6-7 hours.
2. Make curd of 1.5 liter full cream milk .
3. Transfer curd in a wet cotton cloth.
4. Hung the cloth (inside curd ) for 2-3 hours.
5. After 2-3 hours we will get hung curd( Thick curd ).
6. Now transfer hung curd in a bowl and add water gradually to make smooth thick consistency curd .
7. Then add 3/4 cup sugar in curd.
8. And 1 cup of milk in the curd .
9. Set in the fridge for 2 hours.
10. After 6-7 hours drain off water from dal.
11. Grind the dal in mixer jar for 3-4 mins with min amount of water(1/3 cup).
12. Rest the dal paste for 1-2 hours.
13. mix 1/4 tsp hind
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp water in a bowl.
13. After 2 hours mix hing salt water in dal paste.
14. Heat oil in a pan.
15 Fry small ball (like pakodi )of dal in oil on law flame till it is golden in color.
16. Soak dal balls(bade) in Luke warm water for 2 hours.
17.After 2 hours remove bade(dal balls) from water one by one press gently to remove excess water.
18. Set bade in a plate add lots of curd ,Sweet and sour imali chutney, dry roasted jeera powder, Black pepper, black salt and red chili powder.
19. Set in fridge for 2 hours.
20. DAHI BADE is ready !!!!
