Bagi kamu wanita hamil, ditunda dulu ya konsumsi peach gum, karena peach gum dikenal sebagai "hot fruit" yang dapat memicu pendarahan bahkan keguguran. Bisa disimpan dikulkas dan tahan selama 7 hari.
Bahan-bahan (6 porsi)
25 gr peach gum, rendam selama12 jam
5 gr sarang burung wallet rendam selama 12 jam
15 gr biji teratai salju, rendam selama 5 jam
10 gr jamur es, rendam selama 1 jam
7 gr biji teratai, rendam selama 1 jam
10 gr goji berry atau kici
40 gr buah kundur
110 gr gula batu
10 gr longan kering
3 gr chia seeds
90 g kurma cina/angco

Peach gum, Tao Jiao is the resin from peach and Chinese wild peach trees. It is also known as "the tears of peach blossom". peach gum is a natural and healthy food rich in amino acid and collagen. Sold as little golden balls, best enjoyed in sweet soups and desserts. Pregnant women should avoid consume peach gum as it is considered a hot fruit which is can produce heat in the body that can lead to internal bleeding and even miscarriage. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 7 days.
Ingredients (6 portions)
25 gr of peach gum, soak for 12 hours
5 gr of bird's nest, soak for 12 hours
15 gr of snow lotus seeds, soak for 5 hours
10 gr of snow fungus, soak for 1 hour
7 gr of lotus seeds, soak for 1 hour
10 gr of goji berries
40 gr of wintermelon
110 gr of rock sugar
10 gr of dried longan
3 gr of chia seeds
90 g of red dates
