Just for some context, Squirrel Girl defeated Dr. Doom in her debut comic, he was able to escape, but was forever scared by the event and now hates/is scared of squirrels. Not surprising that she won so easily since later on she beat Thanos without getting a single scratch. I am not kidding.

14:26 Goodness once again movement speed and attack speed are NOT the same thing. Planes move fast but let's say it gains sentience and tries to do a side sweep attack it will not attack anywhere near the speed it can move. It's like when people say naruto is light speed for dodging madaras lightspeed fang attack... maybe lightspeed at dodging with precog, even tho he still gets his ass beat by spoiler characters in boruto. Dude gets tagged by shin uchia of all people but he's lightspeed🤥

Except Thor chucked Mjolnr at full force at doom and he was able to react fast enough to block something moving at him that fast

It still came from thor throwing it at him so we gotta include the time for that. It just wasn't the hammer was in the air when doom saw it and then deflected it. Plus it was in a telegraph straight line to wards doom. You see someone lift his hand out to shoot a gun at you and before the bullet hits you you block it with a riot shield doesn't make you bullet speed. But I see where I could be wrong thinking about it in anime it's one writer, with comics like he said in the video it's like 40 different writers. One of them could of written something like "Thor is the god of thunder he can swing his arms faster than the flash using the speed force" and it'll be canon

Death Battle's "scaling" method is nonsense. Just because Thor's Hammer can travel 2 quintillion times the speed of light, does not mean that every time Thor throws his hammer that it is travelling at or above that speed, and thus Dr Doom or anyone who can react to any of Thor's hammer throws are reacting at 2 quintillion times the speed of light or greater.

I'm pretty sure every vs discussions uses that method of scaling by using the max potential shown in media otherwise it'll just devolve to "yeah but what if they wasn't punching that hard in that scene" or "yeah but what if they're not moving that fast in this scene"

Except Thor chucked that hammer full force at doom with the intent to take him out why would it not be going that fast and the fact that doom was able to react fast enough to block it while it was mid travel means that his reaction speed is at that level and the fact that he’s able to tangle with beings that can go beyond that like hulk and sentry supports the fact that he’s n that same gauge of speed
