I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 20 years ago, and this is one of the best ways I have ever heard this explained. Thank you!

Not all PCOS is insulin resistance related, though. The root cause of PCOS is thought to be genetic. There are atleast 4 different kinds of PCOS and while a tendency to gain weight can be a sympton to PCOS and the disease can predispose you to Diabetes, it is not entirely treatable by this method. For people with non insulin resistant pcos cutting out sugar, taking inositol or metformin or other drugs does not cut it. This is important information.

The information you provide is awesome!! I’m also curious to know where you get your clothes from? It would be great if you could mention the stylist.

Not having enough testosterone is also a problem. The body needs balance. Unfortunately sometimes our body are not great at doing the blancing on its own

So what’s your advice to keep balance of these hormones? And most improtantly, to reduce the side effects of high level of the testosterone in a female?

Eat less carbs, higher protein, minimize sugar intake. Intermittent fasting. Give it a few months you will see big difference in how you feel. High carb causes PCOS. My neighbor can't get pregnant because of PCOS. She has admitted a sugar addiction.
