എനിക്കും pcos ഉണ്ട്.. 2014 ലാണ് diagnose ചെയ്തത്.. Irregular periods, hair loss, acne, facial hair എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു... Treatment എടുത്തു no use. പിന്നെ 2 yrs നല്ല diet എടുത്തു. No diary products, no Fried foods, ചിക്കൻ complete ഒഴിവാക്കി, sugar നന്നായി കുറച്ചു.. ശരിക്കും diet നോക്കി, പിന്നെ നന്നായി പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു അങ്ങനെ 2019 ൽ എനിക്ക് ഒരു മോൻ ജനിച്ചു...അൽഹംദുലില്ലാഹ് 🥰

What about the girls who have lean PCOS, why Dr are still only considering weight loss for all types of PCOS and why are we pointing out 'conceiving' is the result of the treatment. PCOS mostly showing in pre-teenagers. The doctor himself said that usually, PCOS patients are not following their treatment well. Why is that happening? Why is nobody still not talking enough about mental health issue related with PCOS?

Hi Lean PCOS patients are there but they usually don’t consult our clinics . Conceiving is mentioned because most of the females will consult us after getting married and when they try to do baby planning . Only then most of them get the seriousness of pcos. Also about the mental health it’s patient oriented , when we examine them if we come to know anything related to it we also refer them to a psychiatrist not often but yea

@@GEO-rm4wp yes, that's what I'm also saying. There ain't any proper awareness about it among us especially here. I'm expecting that from this kind of awareness video. We believe lots of myths about PCOS. Even girls here getting married earlier just bcoz they have PCOS! What if women in here don't want to have a baby, don't they get proper treatment? Education and clear awareness about these issues are important here. Feel so sad when women/girls blame their self for having PCOS. They need more support from family and clinics to get out of chronic conditions like PCOS

I have seen so many of my friends with good BMI ( a normal weight) and with regular period but they suffer a painful Lower abdominal pain and found cysts in both the ovaries so it's obvious that a person with weight should loose weight for results but person with a good body weight and PCOS /PCOD doesn't have a proper suppliment they give a tablet which is given to the person with diabetic and give. Tablets for regular cycle but we expect something better than this suppliments

Good body weight or a person is slim doesn't mean that they are healthy..they should eat food healthy and have to omit alot of stuffs

@@twinkle3106 exactly ikr but everytime we consult a physician they say as if only a thick person has the promblem and loose weight they don't give a proper suppliment for that and for a normal weight person prescribes a menstrual cycle tablet so we don't need a temporary results and a bunch of tablet a proper medication should be provided to all the patient
