Pretty easy

I’ve been bowling my whole life but I just started bowling In a league and I started bowling two handed for like a couple of months and just started getting serious about bowling and my highest score is 198

Try to keep your body as still as you can when you release, lots of people who can’t keep their balance jerk their torso upwards and it knocks themself of their own feet

Also, how do you increase ball speed? I throw the ball 11mph.

For me I moved my feet faster in my approach and that helped me increase my speed. Don’t run up to the approach though.
