an example with a real situation would be very helpful, I admit I'm a little confused because in an employer's bank transactions there are also cash outlays to pay the PAYE, so it would seem that the cash outlay for net salary is not the only one. Am I wrong?

Yes, there are other cash outlays. Dr Pension account and Cr Bank account with €1500. Also Dr HMRC and Cr Bank with €6300. That, together with the €10.050 paid to the employee, brings the bank balance (Cr) to €17.850, which is the total wage expense.
