@@X82oo781 I stand corrected. I only found it last night and was only looking at the Pavlok, not the Shock Clock. I guess it is a play on words? My only thought is the circuit board and various components inside may not allow space for a logic board for a clock without it becoming bulky.

It’s not a watch, nor is it in any way advertised as such. The “clock” part of the name clearly refers to it being set to a time. You can’t fault a device if the buyer doesn’t understand what it does or how to use it.

those are fair points. However, that is Not how I use it as an alarm clock. I set a vibrating / sound alarm first. And then I set a 10% electric shock but that is after 20 minutes, and then a 20% shock after another 10 minutes, increasing it by 10% every ten minutes. So if I oversleep, by the time it gets to 40% I feel it and get up. I prefer the Pavlok without a clock face because it forces me to get up out of bed to grab my cell phone and then open the app and turn it off. So no matter how tired I am, I Always wake up, this is the first alarm that I have never overslept and been late for school or work. I plan on NOt getting the new Pavlok 4 with clock face and will stick with the Pavlok 3 alarm.

It also has a watch clip, cus they know they aren’t going compete with the smart watch brands that already have the market on locked down… for example I have a Apple Watch and I can have it on the opposite side of the watch on the band… it’s cool.

Terrible review. They never said it has a clock. And you can lower the shock to where you can barely feel it. 10% is literally nothing. You're a tech guy, you can at least say that the App needs more customization or the gyroscope could support more features. But your review is just a pansy rant complaining about nothing really... I've had it for a a year and literally my whole family loves it.

Apple watches (and other knock off brands) have alarm clocks with a vibration feature. This seems like something that is meant for heavy sleepers/ half conscious snooze smashers. So why would you buy one if a vibration feature is enough to wake you up? In all honesty, it doesn't seem like a fair product review since most people are buying this product for the shock feature alone. Anyways, I still appreciate your review since I just got mine today, so thank you for taking the time to make this.

I used to wear my Apple Watch for the vibration when I slept and I’d turn it to the bottom of my wrist and put it tight and I’d wake up feeling like my heart was gonna explode lol, but on the top of my wrist absolutely nothing😂this makes me kinda just wanna stick to the Apple Watch😅😅

The shock pushes pain I. Your body quickly! It’s like a pinch honestly but when your body gets hit with pain you have a rush of adrenaline that is caused to help you with that. Adrenaline pumps your blood quicker but it also makes sure you don’t go back to bed! It’s genius. You need to learn how to program your life! Let alone a simple alarm system…js. I love that no one in my home uses alarms no one is being woken up at 3am thank God. Learn how to automate your life and you’ll realize this is an amazing piece of technology. Hope you didn’t get rid of it. It’s worth it I quit smoking cigarettes so there’s that!!!
