We absolutely NEED this fight rebooked at all costs. This is the fight to make and we really want Costa back inside the octagon ASAP. After the Vettori loss he really grew on the fans and started taking care of his diet, looks fitter than before. I truly believe that Chimaev won’t be able to take Costa down more than once, and there’s no way this fight will last the distance. All the support to Costa from Russia!

That would be too good to be true, if they would rebook the fight for december. But it looks like Khamzat can’t get a visa to fight outside of the arab countries. That sucks and one more reason, not to push him for the title. We need champions that are able to stay active and fight everywhere.

Paulo has been very criticised by the fans and the UFC, especially over the past 2 years. He is extremely underrated in my opinion and I think he would beat both Khamzat and Sean. He’s time will come.

Paulo is soo funny man… my first four fights I gave it everything I had right in the beginning and my soul left my body. Legend.

Felt really bad for Costa. He was so motivated for this one, and I believe he was going to win.

I'm guessing the title shot was UFC negotiating with Chimaev, to keep him on the card for Abu Dhabi. Makes more sense now that we know Cannonier was first offered this agreement, he accepted, but then got injured the next day.

Costa vs Chimaev will definitely happen if Cost manages to win next two or three fighters, he is only number 6 ranked at the moment.

We for sure need to see the Khamzat v Costa fight especially after seeing Usman take him the distance in a 3 round fight coming in on 10 days, and yes I am sure Usman trains all year around but we are talking about being ready to go for 170 not for 185 Huge difference, and Khamzat has had a half year plus to adjust to that weight class. We all know that Costa cuts crazy weight to get to 185 and is a black belt in BJJ so I don't see Chimaev finishing him in 1-2 rounds without first hurting him on the feet or something. I can definitely see Costa winning a decision or getting a late finish.

The guy is growing on me, I'm actually rooting for him now.

It was clear that Chimaev didn’t come out in the 2nd and 3rd with the same aggression but he was still moving with high energy,so wether he broke the hand or not he hurt it enough that it stopped him attacking like the 1st round..a lot of people just ignoring this fact,if he didn’t hurt it I reckon he comes out takes usman down again in the 2nd and finally submits him. He let him get his energy back in the 2nd without that blitz again
