Brilliant interview. Full of humility from both sides. Really enjoyed it thank you. I remember when Scholsey scored a ridiculous header against QPR almost from the edge of the box. Also when he scored 2-3 goals at Stamford Bridge. What a player. Also one of my favourites.

Great interview. One of my favourite players of all time. I was blessed to grow up seeing the transition of Manchester United from 1990, so caught the end of some legendary careers but got to see some legendary ones from beginning to end, Scholes' included. What a ride.

Great to see Scholesy come out of his shell and be so natural with this. Also my hero growing up. Unreal job HP, great interview ❤️

i absolutely love scholesy. not even a utd fan, just grew up watching him and utd during 90s/00s. he was an old fashioned professional, always available, gives 100% and never wastes his words or time. he had a tougher life away from footy than most ppl thought. at the time. bonafide legend and english hall of fame inductee

I grew up in Middleton and went to the same school as Scholes. I completely get his love for football. Its all anyone did back then. We played with cans on the street if we didn't have a ball. I also completely get his humbleness. He comes from a humble place.

Agreed. Even Xavi and Iniesta said that all of La Masia including themselves would watch videos of Scholes to pick on some of the things he did and the way he controlled the tempo for United (who weren’t even a heavily based possession side at the time).
