I lost my mother at age 14 and years later when I would have dreams about her they were so comforting and so much better than the dreams that I had when she first died. I totally get what Paul is saying about his dreams about his mother.

Children who lose parents feel the grief forever. Paul has been a good steward of his bounteous musical gifts.
I just love the one with Paul riding a boat going on about it to some dude next to him who just looks completely out of it. I just love the idea of Paul going around and just telling this story a million times to everyone for no reason. Also was Yesterday a dream or not? Paul you’re confusing me
@stellalampe8596

the music is from a dream. he did the lyrics after (scrambled eggs)
But in all seriousness that is such a great moving story
*"And now for Paul McCartney of Liverpool opportunity knocks!"* - George Harrison
He's like the nice teacher in that noisy class where everyone has to ask the same question a millon times. Also, the video shows just how legendary these songs are because everyone is curious how a human can come up with such a wonderful melody.
I’ve watched so many Paul interviews that his “yknow”s rubbed off on me. I also think and type in British after watching em.

I have watched all of those interviews and knew what he said, yet you got me here.
Y'know, after filming the adventure of paul on the floor, y'know I wish i was still filming the movie y'know. So I wrote yesterday y'know, because we filmed paul on the floor yesterday, y'know.
Paul: Hey, Did i ever tell you about how a wrote let it be? Other guy: I didn’t ask paul.
✨ Y'KNOW ✨
I’ve had the same experience. My grandfather has visited me on two separate occasions. Never in a visual form, but just as a presence. He just kept repeating to me “everything’s going to be okay, everything’s going to workout.” I knew it was REALLY my grandfather, I just know(based on how it all felt, not like any other dream.) it’s been a life changing event and I’m a happier, calmer person for it
"And I went ACHhhhh"
And don't forget the story of how he met John Lennon, even thought it's probably impossible since there's multiple movies and interviews where he explains it!
If people keep asking him the same questions, of course he's going to keep giving the same answer! Duh!
Why are the views so little! I’ve been looking for a video like this!

thanks a lot! And maybe because it was one of my first uploads
I know he goes through the story in every interview every single time but I just like hearing him talk so I don't mind.
We know idea behind "let it be", but how he wrote badass piano part and melody
@memevolution9

if anyone would ever ask him that he'd just say something like "well I had this idea in my head and went to the piano and found the chords to it and... that's it"
@GigaChad-tv7xl

As for the piano part: well, it's just a basic I-V-vi-IV progression. The melody: Paul's a genius.

@@memevolution9 now i know the reason why paul can't explain those things like he did on the piano or explain the chords he use, because it's a muscle memory and don't forget, he wrote a lot songs and learned other songs too
So...will the video actually answer why he wrote let it be?

Well, I was sleeping in my bed, late one night When my mother, she appeared directly at my side! HE WROTE THE SONG LIKE THAT
It was you who gave yourself that advice, because that's how dreams work. Lovely song.
*deep exhale*
I wonder... How did he write let it be?
They said 'we don't know' but he asked them separately if you listen to his account. There are many flaws in his account. 'I couldn't have written it, I just dreamed it, you don't get that lucky.' Well if you dream something and you put the music and words to it - you wrote it.
0:14: basically how Paul wrote all of his songs
can we get a "memevolution 9 telling you how they originally didn't like the beatles but then they heard helter skelter" for 11 minutes straight pls
