So very sad to learn of Patricia's passing at age 25 yesterday. This 2012 performance from her is one of the clips I return to the most on all of KZread, and I was so shocked at the news of her death. My deepest condolences to all those closest to her. The celestial choir has gained an amazing soul and now the most spectacular voice among the angels.

So beautifully put. I’m writing this with tears streaming down my face.

Whenever I feel down I listen to Patricia’s version of this beautiful music. I don’t know how I missed it but it’s only today that I found out about her dying. My heart is broken. To pass away at age 25 has something evil in it. Breast cancer is such an insidious disease especially for one so beautiful and lovely and what about her voice. We are so fortunate to have seen and heard her. At least we have that to hang on to. God bless you all!

I did cry, my own sister also Patricia went too soon, cancer takes so many young women too early, please any God find a cure for this awful cancer of the breast, painters, sculptors and poets r mesmerized by the breasts yet they r often the key to unlock deadly cancer cells. RIP Patricia Janeckova. Thank you for gifting us your talent to our ears.

Once upon a Time in the West is one of my favorite movies. I discovered this video several years ago, Tony. I too, find peace and am full of emotions when I hear this. I also come back to listen to it periodically. I was just finishing my cancer treatment in October and missed Patricia’s passing. I just came today to hear her. I’m beyond sad. She was a rare talent. 😢

One of my favorite songs and PATRICIA NAILED IT PERFECTLY

There are some amazing and fantastic renditions of this song out there but this is the very best! I have listened to it well over 100 times and every time it brings tears to my eyes, at first because it was amazingly sung by such a talent, and now because of the loss of that talent!!!
