सर मेरा भी same problem है 2010 से मैंने Dr मज़हर हुसैन सहारा Lko में दिखाया था उन्होंने बोला ज़रा सा है exercise से चला जाएगा लेकिन दर्द नहीं जा रहा कई Dr को दिखा चुका हूँ ऑपरेशन के लिए सबने मना कर दिया बोल रहे कि ये stable हो गयी है exercise से ठीक हो जाएगा लेकिन दर्द मेरे हमेशा रहता है

Bhai first thing is go take a scan i had similar issue for 5 years and everyone said muscle spasm and physio finally ended up with severe disk prolapse check it immediately and if its at the starting stage exercise can fix it else worse ho jayega

Any future problems after this surgery doctor please reply me??
